Suzy Engwall

Suzy Engwall is a MedTech innovation executive with nearly two decades of experience accelerating breakthrough health technologies into real-world impact. As CEO and Founder of HealthTech Strategies, she advises MedTech startups, healthcare organizations, and investors on go-to-market strategy, innovation program development, and commercialization. She also serves as fractional VP of Partnerships for LSI, leading speaker and sponsor engagement for one of the world’s top MedTech investor summits.

Suzy has built a career at the intersection of startup growth and health system transformation. She helps early-stage companies navigate regulatory complexity and product-market fit while working with healthcare organizations and hospitals to structure innovation programs, manage pipelines and launch new ventures. She also supports venture partners with strategic sourcing and partnership development.

Previously, Suzy served as VP of Early Medtech Development at Alira Health and Executive Director at the Innovation Institute. She was also Co-Director for Founder Institute HealthTech and an active mentor with MedTech Innovator and other accelerators. Her work centers on scaling innovation that delivers better outcomes—faster.
