Danielle is the founder and principal of Archetype Learning Solutions, a boutique consulting firm helping small businesses thrive using strategies from large organizations. With a 32-year career in organizational development, including 26 years in healthcare, Danielle specializes in leadership development, adult learning, and creating human-centered cultures. She focuses on improving employee engagement, eradicating toxic behaviors, and fostering compassion and empathy in leadership.
Her previous roles include Leadership Development Program Director at the Port of Seattle, Chief Learning Officer for the State of Washington, and System Director of Physician Leadership Development for Providence Health and Services. A faculty member at Brandman University since 2008, Danielle has taught over 17 graduate courses, developed 50+ courses, and authored two leadership books. She also hosts The Compassion Project podcast, promoting healing through compassion and empathy.
