Deborah C. Stamps, EdD, MBA, MS, RN, GNP, NE-BC, CDE®, FAAN, is an experienced healthcare leader, educator, and consultant with over 30 years of expertise in nursing, leadership development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ). As the CEO and Founder of Deborah Stamps Consulting LLC, she helps organizations build inclusive leadership, enhance workforce development, and achieve health equity. Recognized as one of the nation’s most influential diversity leaders, she received the Leadership Excellence Award at the National Diversity and Leadership Conference in 2021 and was inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing in 2023.

Dr. Stamps has served in executive leadership, chaired DEIJ initiatives, and contributed to national efforts to diversify the nursing workforce. She has published on workforce development, academic-clinical partnerships, and nursing leadership models. Holding advanced degrees in leadership, business, and nursing, she is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) and a nationally certified Nurse Executive.
